I am Dr. Xian-Jun Zheng, a scientist, inventor, life-time nuclear engineer, and the founder of Ocean Star Energy, with a new US patent pending [1] as well as a mission objective to provide safe, clean, endless and peaceful energy to the world in the years to come. With encouraging computer simulation and initial experimental results, we are now in the final steps to demonstrate stable and continuous fusion burning of ocean water to produce electricity.
These steps are summarized as follows:

(3) to demonstrate by experiments the focusing effects of multiple opposing lightning bolts, to be done, by HOPE Innovations
(4) to demonstrate by experiments stable and continuous fusion burning of ocean water in the common focal region, to be done, by HOPE Innovations
(5) to demonstrate by experiments positive net energy gain using a prototype reactor, to be done, to be done by HOPE Innovations
We anticipate the last three steps be completed in the next three years, immediately leading to the construction of multiple commercial fusion reactors and creation of millions of jobs in your country. Your support to our stage 3 scientific experiments and beyond, following natures' excellent examples of the Sun and the lightning bolts, will ignite the next industry revolution and leave a footprint in the river of human history ......
